🦁 Build, Protect, and Explore the Savanna—One Card at a Time!
Get ready to step into the wild and see the African savanna like never before—with Savanna Quest, an exciting new card game that blends teamwork, strategy, and real-world science. Designed for curious minds of all ages, this game lets players discover the important role lions play in keeping ecosystems balanced—and what can happen when nature’s chain reaction takes an unexpected turn.
Lions are known as a keystone species, which means their presence (or absence) has an outsized impact on the entire ecosystem. By keeping herbivore populations in check, lions prevent overgrazing, protect plant life, and create balance for countless other animals. When a keystone species disappears, the ripple effects can dramatically alter the savanna.
With two versions—Junior Rangers for ages 4–7 and Savanna Strategists for ages 8–13—everyone can join the adventure. In the Junior Rangers version, players work together using one communal game board to build a thriving savanna. In the Savanna Strategists version, each player uses their own individual board, adding a deeper level of challenge and strategy as you race to balance your ecosystem against threats like drought and overgrazing.
Whether you’re just starting out as a Junior Ranger or ready to level up as a Savanna Strategist, this game is packed with discovery, teamwork, and plenty of surprises.
